We believe churches and ministries are essential in illuminating truth and eternal hope in our society. This light—the Gospel—is one that culture and many of our laws seek to dim.
That’s why Alliance Defending Freedom established the Church & Ministry Alliance.
We exist to safeguard your religious freedom from cultural pressures and an overreaching government. We want to equip your ministry with legal support and education so you can freely pursue your calling.
Our team is comprised of Christian attorneys and advocates who share your commitment to and excitement for the Gospel. By joining the ADF Church & Ministry Alliance, you can confidently know that your ministry stands on a firm legal foundation.
Religious liberties have never been under fire in American history as intensely as they are in contemporary culture. At greatest risk for attack are local churches, especially smaller churches, that have limited resources. We chose ADF as an affordable and reliable legal advocate to support Tennessee Baptist churches in their defense of the faith. We needed a partner who shares our values and ADF is that partner.

While the Word of God never changes, the laws that govern our country do. Is your local church or ministry prepared internally and legally? Do you need a review and revision of your current documents? I highly encourage you to reach out to our partner in protecting the faith, Alliance Defending Freedom.

We are excited to be partnering with Alliance Defending Freedom so that our churches and ministries are supported and defended in situations where our religious liberty is under attack. Their legal team is ready to assist us in our efforts to bring our faith into everyday life and to promote the gospel of Jesus Christ with wisdom and grace.
James Gleason,
Executive Director, Church Venture Northwest
We are grateful to have a resource such as Alliance Defending Freedom and their team of advocates. I encourage the churches of the Baptist Convention of New York to join in membership with ADF. To know that this organization has resources and attorneys who can come alongside and help the local church in these tumultuous days of ever changing culture is both comforting and encouraging.
Terry M. Robertson,
Executive Director-Treasurer, Baptist Convention of New York
In these days of uncertainty and moral confusion it is more important than ever for churches to be prepared and protected legally. Making sure our churches have the right policies and protection in place is simply a practice of good stewardship, and it is wise to have ADF in your corner should legal trouble arise.
Steve Doyle,
Director of Missions, Brazos Valley Baptist Network
